30 Seconds to Mars – A Beautiful Lie

Because of the sudden changes in plans, i didn’t have to drive to college today. My sister drove me instead! Using my car, hehe.

I can’t really tell how’s college right now cause it’s just the first week. I won’t be having tutorials at all for the first week, just lectures. There isn’t any lectures tomorrow so i’ll get getting the day off.

Just wait til next week when my classes are all “hardcore” from Mondays to Fridays.

Speaking of which, i can die this Friday, man. I have a lecture from 10 am to 11 am, sounds great. But then there’s ANOTHER lecture from 3 pm to 6 pm. Malaysian studies, wtf. Straight away potong stim.

Anyway, i had about 2 hours break today after my first lecture. I walked all the way to TBS, again, to look for Chi-wynn, again. He said he’s gonna take me to Old Town Cafe, which is near HIS college.

I think if i do this often, i’m gonna get tanned -_-

After one hour, he had to go for class so i went to Asia Cafe to meet up with Minty. Super long didn’t see her already! The last time i met her was.. during our 5 hours at driving school, haha! Finally!

Girl talked and stuff until 2 p.m which was time for my next lecture. Oh, i was late for lecture. Got too carried away with talking, hahaha :P

Hmm.. second day at college. Still no new friends, yet. Problem is most of the people in my intake came with their bunch of friends, so they all have their own click and shit la. Unlike myself and a few other people, came alone without knowing anyone else.

I told a couple of friends about this and their response were all the same. They all said that it sucks if that happens. But whatever lah, blehhh..

Gene Lih’s in my class though. We’re gonna be classmates, again! What are the odds. So i’m not really ALONE.

Anyway, stupid rain today dirtied my car. Actually my parents didn’t want to get a white car. They said white cars get dirty and stained easily, and my car was no exception.

Pepsi wanted it in gold while my dad tried to brainwash me to pick silver. Either way, both of the recommended colours are not my type.

Best one was my sis, she told them to leave it and let ME make the decision, muahaha.

That’s how i got my car in white lor. But today’s rain dirtied my car! It had those weird long stains at the side and rear. Those common dirty stain patterns that you can spot on ANY Myvi.

So to prevent my parents from nagging shit at me, like “See, i told you white cars will get dirty. Ask you choose silver you don’t want”, i have to.. WASH MY CAR! *thunderrr*

I think i have to make a habit of washing my car after coming home from college. That is, in the evening, when the sun is setting. Again, i think i can get tanned by doing this everyday.

But the results were worth it.

My baby white was squeaky clean after washing! Mmm, nice and sexy. If i change my rims i’m gonna have to spend extra time on my car, polishing it and all.

This. Is. Labor!

Looks like i don’t need a pet sugar glider after all. A white car is already like a pet to me.

I have to keep her clean all the time, buy stuff for her such as those washing car props like car wax (i don’t understand why my house doesn’t have them and i still wonder why), and spend more time driving her around so that i “understand her better” and gain more driving experience.

Bleh, i’m taking her to the car shop again tomorrow. Stupid people did some mistakes. Gonna bring their shop down, rawr!

I got my baby white today. Drove her home from Petaling Jaya in the morning. Waited for Gan to finish his class and come over, then we went to the car shop to get the car tinted. Added a couple of extra stuffs too.

I think i’ll be driving to college tomorrow. Chi-wynn is already giving me tips and advises about that area. So.. yeap. Hope everything goes well tomorrow.

Mmm.. new car smell! :)

I woke up feeling like crap today, argh. Chi-wynn told me last night that i’ll be facing difficulties sleeping the night before the first day of college. True enough, he was right -_-

Just after i woke up, he texted me saying, “Had a bad night?”

Ass, he was mocking me. Not funny!

I thought i was gonna be late for orientation because it was quite jammed around my area. But it got better after that. I arrived at Metropolitan at 9 a.m. Just in time for the orientation.

It was quite boring. I’m quite surprised that it ended quite fast. It ended at around 11 after the English test. After that i had to walk all the way to Taylor’s Business School (TBS) to look for Chi-wynn.

ME! WALK! TBS!

And i even made a detour! I dunno how did that happen but it just did, pift. I don’t even know why i walked all the way there!!

Cause you know why.. when i arrived there, he said, “Okay, let’s walk to AC now”

I shouted, “THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE ME WALK ALL THE WAY TO TBS FOR?!”

Some more my feet hurts. Stupid ballerina Crocs. How on earth can CROCS give you blisters?! Stupid lar, i’m gonna go back to the store and complain tomorrow.

Anyway, we sat at AC and waited for Zennie and Cai Jin to join us. We sat there and talk crap until.. like 3 p.m. I can’t believe we just sat there for hours.

My parents texted me asking me how was college and i told them that it was boring and i didn’t make any friends (so kiddy, haha). Here’s how they responded.

Mum: Take it easy, maybe they are just shy
Dad: Don’t worry, the ice will soon break

Went back to Metropolitan at 3 to meet up with my sister and we went back home together. When i went online, a couple of friends messaged me asking how was my first day at college.

I told them it was boring, i didn’t make any friends but instead met friends from OUTSIDE college, and came home feeling very sleepy.

They all said..

It’s normal!

Ah.. okay. This is gonna take some time to get used to. Let’s swap time tables!

Today’s mission was to call up as many M.A.C stores as possible until i find the Sculpt and Shape powder. Starting off with the stores in KL. I got the numbers from the website.

All of them were either out of stock, or they have ONE last one remaining but in the wrong colour! Then i called the branch at Johor, also don’t have. Checking the list of stores available at Malaysia, i realized that i missed out one more located at KL.

I called them up, they said there’s one last one left. I asked what colour is it in and..

Girl: Errmm..
Me: ..!
Girl: It’s in..
Me: !!
Girl: Bone beige
Me: BONE BEIGE?! You mean, Bone Beige and Emphasize?
Girl: Yes
Me: OKAY! Can i reserve it?

BWAHAHAHA!

Giving a shot in calling the stores wasn’t such a bad idea after all!

Tomorrow’s orientation day! I wonder how it’s gonna be like. Hmm.. i’ll try to take pictures for blogging purposes! Time to start ironing those clothes :)
