Now i haven’t got anything interesting going on lately cause i’m busy with my own stuff. I’ve been going to Ikea for three times already since last Thursday.

It’s like my new hang out spot. Or my second home -_-;;

And i like the Swedish meatballs there, hehe.

Anyways, i have a strong feeling that this blog is becoming more like a no-dicks-allowed blog. Most of my previous posts are about stuffs that guys totally can’t relate to. Shoes.. clothes.. hand made jewelry..

And yet, i’m gonna write about something that guys totally can’t relate to, again.

Unless.. you’re the kind of guy that digs long curled hair. As in, YOUR own hair.

Since my sister took the previous hair curler to Singapore, i’ve decided it’s time that i got my own curling iron.

So a couple of days ago, i went down to Sungai Wang to search for a particular brand called BaByliss.

BaByliss is a popular brand for hairdressing products such as straighteners, curlers and so on. Most hair stylists would know this brand and even use it, whether at a saloon or a photoshoot.

I’ve always wanted a BaByliss hair curler.

I found out about this brand when i first curled my hair at the saloon last year. The stylist recommended it to me, but i didn’t know where to look for it.

.. And i was lazy to go hunt for it myself.

THEN!

During my last photoshoot, i noticed that the stylist was using a BaByliss curler. So i asked him where he got it and how much he bought it for.

And he told me that he got it for around RM 170 at Sungai Wang.

Ha! See, Sungai Wang is not all bad if you know where to look.

Found the shop that sells BaByliss curlers at the second floor, some where near the arcade. I think o_o

The shop is called Artica Beauty & Hair Supplies.

I picked the 32 mm curler. The price was originally RM 190, but the lady discounted it to RM 120 for me. And i didn’t even ask.

Could it be..

SALES?!

Festive season?

I don’t care. Cause i was expecting a price of around RM 170. Getting it for RM 120 was like..

Huuuu..

I also took the chance to buy other hair products at a discounted price, hee.

Loving the new curler cause..

1. I get to pick what temperature i want
2. Heats up to that temperature in less than a minute, now that’s really fast!
3. Auto-offs in 70 minutes. Perfect for forgetful people like me
