Er.. a facial scrub is not like a sponge or anything. It’s like a cleanser that has microbeads in it to exfoliate the dead skin cells away. That’s why it’s called a scrub. The price and brand of which scrub you use varies in quality lor. Like the more expensive one provides better exfoliation without drying out the skin etc

About the scrub – OK, what’s the difference with just using a face cloth to gently wash your face, with your usual cleanser? (or if feeling extragant, use Shiseido’s RM90 facial silk sponge ). I really think those “facial scrubs” are a marketing gimmick.

Hehe you flatter me la. Anyway my mum advises me but doesn’t fund me so i have to manage on my own allowance, it gets rough sometimes :S

Regarding facial products right, i think Clinelle is pretty decent. I reviewed the products before Basic stuff – cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. I know a place in Kelana Jaya that offers RM 100 per session for facial. That’s the cheapest i’ve seen so far cause i don’t really go around hunting for facial centers also :x

Do you have any recommendation for more afforable products and facial centres in Klang Valley? Poor students, can’t afford too expensive products. Parents are not sponsoring, unlike your supportive mum.

Have been a silent reader of ur blog hehe and u hv absolutely fab skin ! I’ve went for cellnique facials too, bout three times !for the oxy facial but so far there’s not much of a diff or improvement wit my large pores ard my cheek areas :( was wondering which outlet which u went to? :) went to the one in damansara perdana n ur beautician sounds really knowledgeable keen to try out :D many thanks in advance ! :)

i think the shu uemura underbase is about rm135 or thereabouts..got myself my 2nd bottle recently :)

no matter what i use..my face still gets really oily. and apparently i have dehydrated and sensitive skin too..fml
