Sasa Bloggers’ Tea Session
August 23rd, 2010
Whoa, i finally got around into editing these. I’m sorry but almost everything you read here is old news, haha. I’m so slowww.
Well actually this isn’t so old, i think. It happened during the first week of August, so it’s not that long ago.
It’s been a while since i last been to a bloggers event. A blogger event makes me.. quite nervous. When Victoria invited me to this event, tons of stuff ran through my mind. For one, i don’t know that many bloggers out there.
I was so afraid of turning up without knowing anyone there. However Victoria said that she’ll be there to accompany me, so i guess it wouldn’t be so bad. Nothing to lose now!
The tea session was held at Delicious, Marcs Residence. I was so so late because i went to the wrong Delicious in KL. I thought of arriving fashionably late, but the stupid blunder i made plus the traffic in KL caused me to arrive super late instead.
I totally missed the ice breaking session due to my late arrival. However on the good side, i arrived just in time for refreshments. Food!
Btw my eyebags were horrible, had to fix them with photoshop a bit. Hope you don’t mind *ahem* Oh and i stole some pictures. So if you see something that doesn’t look like mine, it’s not mine (obviously)

Spot my signature :)

The lemon meringue. Pastries from Delicious are always so.. delicious -_-;;

There was a table full of products for us to test :)

A new product by Cyber Colors. Very familiar looking to me

Michelle, Bryan, Victoria, Kelvin, Feeq and Xiang
These people are serious bloggers, man. Kelvin and Feeq handed me their name cards with all their urls and i was like wtf inferiorness. Their name cards were very nicely designed and printed too. Damn.

Plus Jessica

His sticker says, “lousy blogger”. I should get me one

Makeup demonstration time

Bob; note that he has a puffer at his pinky to prevent any mess on the base. Good tip :)

Jill

New product; pudding foundation. It smells nice :o

New product; eyeshadow palette also from Cyber Colors
We then had a makeup demonstration after refreshments. Two makeup artists, Bob and Jill, did a live demonstration using products by Cyber Colors. Some of the products were even yet to be released by Sasa, so all of us there got a first hand view of the new products.
We also got to observe Bob and Jill work their magic up close and personal literally because we were allowed to ask any questions regarding makeup and etc.
After that, it was time for us to group up and have our photo taken. It was the end of the event and we were given our goodie bags.

The tea session ended around close to 6pm. This is the time when you don’t want to be at the center of town, the traffic is horrible to the max.
I was so tired and i didn’t even bother checking how long i got stuck in the traffic. I just knew it was gonna be super long. Thank goodness for me camera, iPhone and silly friends to chat with.

Well, i’m glad i got to attend this event. Much thanks to Victoria for inviting me. And i must say, Sasa is really generous with their goodie bags. I was surprised to see the amount of goodies in it!
Time to unveil what’s inside the goodie bag.

Once again, another thanks to Victoria because these awesome stuff are selected by her :)
